Great experience from start to finish. Through job of explaining the work that they recommended be done and some alternatives as well. Completed the work at the commited time and at pickup, the Tech. walked through what had been done and why and answered all my questions. This is now my place for all the work on my 328. I'm not proud of it, but I am your stereotypical woman. Please don't even ask me how to open the hood of my Volvo ... I'll have to read the owner's manual. That is why using Global Autoworks has been an incredible experience for me. Steve and his team explained every process and repair in detail and in terms I could understand. And, get this ... even told me I could wait on an expensive repair for several months. For that alone, they have a loyal customer. Great communication from these guys! After taking my Volvo to two different places to get the air conditioning diagnosed (including the dealership in Grand Rapids), Global Autoworks was the only place that could figure out the problem. I paid almost as much at the dealership to get it unsuccessfully diagnosed, as I did to have it repaired at Global Autoworks. Nice to have an honest group of guys who can critically think, rather than just sell parts. Thanks again!
